Meet the experienced team at AdvanceNet.

Keith Thode

President, CEO

Keith is the lead founder at AdvanceNet. After a career in consulting and executive roles with firms such as Accenture, i2 Technologies and Infor, he shifted his focus, primarily applying his skills to address social sector challenges.
He is an accomplished social entrepreneur, having been a founding force in The Aidmatrix Foundation, and for over a decade led the daily operations as its Chief Operating Officer/Chief Technology Officer before spinning off some of the latest innovations as the basis for AdvanceNet Technology Services.
Keith also contributed to the launch of several other organizations and today contributes to the advancement of other social sector and commercial concerns including: Social Venture Partners Dallas, Creekwood Christian Church, Finney Media and several real estate consortia.
Keith holds a Masters in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University.

Amanda Thode

Director, Program Delivery

Amanda leads the daily technology and program delivery efforts at AdvanceNet. She leads the implementation of our custom development, Empowerment Marketplace powered by Cornerstone OnDemand, and WorkReady Mobile solutions and client management.  She comes to the organization with over 20 years of experience in the corporate and non-profit sectors.

She worked for Accenture for 14 years in their Technology R&D organization, Accenture Technology Labs. She implemented pioneering document management systems and then was the program manager for the $7 million Labs R&D budget.

She then worked for Young Life, an international Christian youth ministry, for nine years doing financial development and operations for their ministry in Europe. She helped raise a $2 million regional budget and implemented and managed their donor management system.

Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Texas A&M University and serves in board capacities in several community organizations.

Marie Cheshier

Manager, Education & Empowerment Technologies

At AdvanceNet, Marie manages the Empowerment Marketplace and oversees the training-centric tasks led by the organization. She has a background in Instructional Design and her early career involved creating and managing a maintenance training program at a large semiconductor company in Colorado. Marie has developed custom training across multiple disciplines and industries using a variety of tools including Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and Lectora. Using her strong skills in training development and management she has been able to help clients be uniquely set up for success within the Empowerment Marketplace using the Cornerstone OnDemand learning management solution.

Marie holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Colorado State University.

Tabatha Barron

WorkReady Mobile Product Manager

Tabatha Barron is the product manager for the WorkReady Mobile solution at AdvanceNet. She leads the efforts for WorkReady Mobile to help adult education organizations better serve their clients in achieving their educational goals.  Tabatha has 15+ years of engineering experience in large corporations and developing a child safety solution for K-12 education institutions.  She believes that technology should play a larger role in organizing and improving everyday life and when used properly can lead to phenomenal outcomes.  Tabatha is a firm believer that breaking the bias and the stereotypes starts with not following the masses but following a dream, never compromising the vision when reaching the goals laid out. She has chosen to use her personal experience and entrepreneurial journey to help support others who may not be able to help themselves.

Nathaniel Cheshier

Client Relationship Manager

In his role as the client relationship manager, Nathaniel guides clients through the sales and onboarding process with AdvanceNet. Having come from a background of building bridges between programs and doctors, he has stepped into the non-profit world with an open and serving heart. Guiding organizations through the process of initial conversations and engagement to the final lap of the process being completed, Nathaniel understands the intricacies of bringing two different parties together to speak the same language and accomplish the end goal of impacting lives for the better.

Nathaniel studied Communication and Media Studies at the University of Wyoming.

Megan Maynor

Operations Manager

Megan Maynor is the Operations Manager. Starting with the company in 2019 as an Administrative Assistant and then to the Executive Assistant to the CEO, Keith Thode. She came to the company Part-time as she worked towards graduating with her Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Business Management and Computer Science from Liberty University.

Earning volunteer experience during the time studying for her degree with the Youth Association and the Special Events Committee for the City of Boyd and with her church as the Youth Pastor. Learning more about the functions of nonprofits and how to create success for those depending on the non-profits and the social impact that the organizations strive for.

Building experience throughout several years she is creating a new way to assist the team in building relationships throughout the social sector and the community with AdvanceNet to improve our social impact.

Kristina Pejcic

LMS Admin/Instructional Designer

Kristina Pejcic is an LMS Administrator and an Instructional Designer. She started with the company in January 2021 as an Instructional Designer and then later began to work as an administrator on the Cornerstone LMS. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics.

Tayyaba Tanveer

End User Support Supervisor

Tayyaba is the Support Supervisor for AdvanceNet’s global end user support team.  She joined AdvanceNet in 2021 as a support agent.  Tayyaba excellent support for our clients, Freshdesk expertise, and demonstrated leadership capabilities led to her promotion to support supervisor in 2022.

Tayyaba leads the global support team in providing high quality support for our clients.  She ensures that the team resolves support requests in a timely fashion and with high customer satisfaction.  She also manages escalation and communication with the clients.  She leads improvements in our support processes and Freshdesk capabilities.  Tayyaba is a valuable resource on the AdvanceNet Team.
