LMS Administration and Services

IYF is a Cornerstone Foundation grantee, and they use the Cornerstone on Demand Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver training to youth and program staff around the world. IYF and AdvanceNet have collaborated on a variety of projects from developing engaging custom training curriculum pages, building a virtual workbook for students to complete in conjunction with their IYF training programs, and providing Learning Management System (LMS) administration services.

End-User Support Services

IYF has partnered with AdvanceNet to establish an end-user support portal with support articles guiding students through different IYF programs as well as navigation tips while utilizing the LMS. AdvanceNet global support agents provide end-user support for IYF users across the globe.

BGCA is a Cornerstone Foundation grantee utilizing the Cornerstone on Demand Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver training to club staff across the country through the Spillet Leadership University (SLU). AdvanceNet worked with BGCA to develop a support portal and AdvanceNet global support agents provide end-user support for SLU through email and chat. We also have developed a support portal and provide end-user support for the My Future program
